Join us for an uplifting workshop designed to help you gradually build energy, raise your vibration and reach a state of higher consciousness – perfect for achieving deep inner peace and connection.

Each element of this yoga experience (yoga, dance, chanting, breath meditation) is meticulously crafted to guide you effortlessly through each segment, inducing a nearly trance-like state of flow.

Feel all tensions melt away as your energy shifts as you move and reach a wonderful peak state of oneness.

It is always important to listen to your body and practice within your own limits and abilities, yet with the guidance of an experienced instructor, this can be a transformative experience.

What to expect

  • Our blissful journey begins with a gentle flowing yoga practice that builds in intensity alongside specialised euphoric brainwave music to raise your energy.
  • We then transition into neurobics (aerobics for your neurons/brain) dance-like movements to high vibing beats (expect glow sticks and free-style dancing) activate both sides of the brain that will enable a peak state of amazing inner calm and happiness. During this time, we release and receive anything that feels important to us at the time.
  • We follow this experience with 10-minutes of the sacred sound of AUM to secrete associated feel-good hormones in the body.
  • Next is 20-mins of a powerful practice of SOMA breathwork.
  • Visualisation & Meditation

SOMA breath-work meditations use ancient pranayama techniques, rhythmical breathing and brainwave euphoric music in a unique & dynamic way that takes you to a whole new level of energy, oneness and access to your full human potential.

The combination of all these wellness elements takes you to a place where the real magic happens. Awaken dormant powers of the mind, supercharge and purify your blood and nervous system for more energy and vitality.

We end this blissful experience together over supper (vegetarian options).
