Feel grounded as we gently move into a soothing hatha-flow yoga session (suitable for all levels including beginners).

We’ll finish sharing and connecting over a nourishing picnic 🌈 Rain or shine we’ll be together fostering joy and wellbeing as we move our mental health.

Bring your own mat if you have one or we have a limited number available.
