While yoga mats and various bolsters are provided, we recommend wearing warm layers and bringing your own pillows, blankets, and an eye mask for added comfort. As the body enters a relaxed healing state, temperatures may drop, so come prepared.
Hydration is key, so bring a water bottle to stay refreshed. Please Note: Sound baths are not recommended for individuals with a pacemaker or metal object in major organs, those with hearing conditions like Tinnitus, individuals with PTSD, epilepsy or a history of seizures, and pregnant individuals.
