Our selection ranges from flow to ashtanga to restorative classes, and some classes are a fusion of styles unique to our teachers. The inspiration behind our classes is diverse and reflects individual creativity.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

Dynamic and energising vinyasa flow will leave you feeling strong, focused, and invigorated. This class combine flowing sequences of postures with synchronized breath, creating a moving meditation that cultivates physical strength and mental clarity.

Hatha-Yin Restorative

Hatha-Yin Yoga Class

This class blends gentle hatha poses with long-held (3-5min) yin poses for deep relaxation.  Slow and meditative with the emphasis on holding the poses to allow the body to slowly stretch and release tension in the muscles and connective tissues. By targeting the deep connective tissue, such as the fascia, ligaments, and joints, Yin Yoga can help to improve flexibility and range of motion. Additionally, the slow, meditative nature of Yin Yoga helps to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and mindfulness, which can promote mental resilience

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” is a guided meditation technique that leads to a state of deep relaxation. This form of mediation calms the nervous systems and allow essential nutrients to effectively pass through the major organs of the body, which get restricted during tension and stress.

Yoga Nidra, helps to reduce stress and anxiety, increases feelings of wellbeing and improves overall physical and mental health. Yoga Nidra is offered during some classes and workshops.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga Class

Hatha yoga is a blend of traditional static yoga poses with the breath. Emphasis can be offered to pose alignment, to build strength and increase energy.

Developed by Ana Forrest, this unique and popular holistic style of yoga, emphasises healing, empowerment and self-discovery. Creative sequences combine powerful poses with mindful breathing techniques, that allow you to develop inner strength and cultivate a deep sense of grounding. 

Not only does Forrest-Inspired Yoga challenge your physical boundaries, but helps you to heal and grow physically, emotionally and spiritually. Sometimes sessions focus on a particular theme and build up to a peak pose.
