What should I bring with me?

Water and your own mat if you wish. Although we have plenty available.

What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?

You can amend your booking within 24 hours and make change if alternatives are available. 

Due to limited administrative support, we regret unable to process cancellations and amendments beyond this timeframe. Any workshop bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.

How hot are the hot classes?

The classes that are hot are a comfortable 30-35 degrees so that you can enjoy the deep relaxing effect of moving in heat without it feeling too much. Hot yoga allows for your parasympathic system to be activated, which reduces stress.

Are there changing facilities?

We do not have a specific changing room however; you are welcome to use the bathroom and leave any belongings and shoes on the rack in the studio.

I’m not flexible – can I do yoga?

Yes! In fact, you are a perfect customer for yoga. Many people think that they need to be flexible to begin yoga, but that’s not the case at all. Come as you are and you will find that yoga practice will help you become much more flexible along with feeling stronger, more balanced and better in your overall well-being.

I’m a beginner what class is suitable?

A great place to start is with our Beginners yoga course which runs sporadically throughout the year. Just get in touch if you wish to find out more.

Usually, a non-hot gentle slow class such as, hatha or yin is suitable for beginners.

Where can I leave my personal belongings?

In the studio on the shoe rack and hanger where you can leave your belongings.

Where are you located exactly?

We are on the high street, opposite Pudding Pantry and above Paris Nail shop.

As you enter the building just come on up the stairs and take a seat in our cosy waiting area.

When can I enter the studio?

Usually, 10 minutes before the start of a class. The sign on the door will let you know when you can enter. We kindly ask that your remove footwear before you enter the studio.

What if I’ve booked a class and feel too unwell to attend?

Please do not attend if you have any covid related symptoms. Please wash your hands before coming into the studio. Sanitisation is available in the waiting room. Class bookings can be cancelled/changed 24 hours in advance.
