Ready to start your yoga journey? Whether your brand new to yoga, looking to build a solid foundation or need some mental calm, this unique course is designed just for you!
Over four weeks, we’ll take you step by step, introducing you to a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and more. You’ll not only learn the basics of poses (asanas) but also experience different breathing techniques, the use of props, and how to do poses correctly and their benefits on the mind and body.
By the end of this course, you’ll feel confident and ready to join any of our beginner-friendly classes at Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing.

What to Expect:
🌿 Week 1 – Foundations of Hatha Yoga & Alignment
Start with the building blocks of yoga: alignment, breath, and foundational poses. Get comfortable with props like blocks, straps, and blankets to support your practice.

🌸 Week 2 – Flowing Into Vinyasa
Explore the rhythm of movement and breath with a gentle introduction to Vinyasa flow. Learn how to transition smoothly between poses while maintaining proper alignment and connection to your breath.

🌙 Week 3 – Deep Relaxation with Yin
Slow things down with Yin Yoga, focusing on deep stretches and long-held poses to release tension and improve flexibility. You’ll also dive deeper into breathwork to cultivate a sense of calm and mindfulness.

🌼 Week 4 – Partner Poses & Integration
Put everything together with a fun and supportive session with elements of partner poses. This will build confidence in working with others while refining your understanding of alignment and breath. By the end of the week, you’ll feel comfortable stepping into any beginner class at Bliss Yoga.

By the End of the Course, You Will:
✅ Feel confident in beginner-level yoga classes.
✅ Have a solid understanding of alignment and how to safely use props.
✅ Be comfortable with multiple styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin.
